Removes the specified perk.

Overview

Takes a previously acquired perk away from your character using its form ID. It does not refund the perk point that was spent, so it is mainly used to undo a mistaken player.addperk or to test builds. Remove perks in reverse order of their prerequisites to avoid leaving dangling dependencies.
