Doubles the player's movement speed.
Overview
Sets a named actor value, such as a skill, health, magicka, stamina or carryweight, to an exact figure. Because it overwrites rather than adds, it can desync with the level-up system if used on skills, so for skills advskill is often cleaner. It is excellent for capping carry weight, boosting movement speed via speedmult, or fixing a damaged attribute. The change can revert when the underlying value next recalculates.
