Overview
Sets a named actor value to a fixed number on the NPC you have clicked on in the console. It is the targeted version of player.setav and is used to adjust a follower's or enemy's skills, health or behavioural values such as aggression. Click the NPC first, then supply the actor value and number.

How do you use the setav command in Skyrim?
