Overview
Adds to or subtracts from a named actor value on the selected NPC, the targeted version of player.modav. Click the NPC first, then pass the actor value and an amount, using negative numbers to lower it. It is used to buff a follower or weaken an enemy without overwriting their base stats.

How do you use the modav command in Skyrim?
Open the console with the tilde (~) key while in-game, type modav followed by its parameters, then press Enter. For example: modav health 200. The console is only available in the PC version of Skyrim.
