Overview
Freezes or unfreezes the general artificial intelligence of NPCs. With it off, characters stop their routines, conversations and wandering, standing motionless until reactivated. They can still fight back unless you also disable combat AI. This is useful for setting up screenshots or stopping NPCs from interfering. Enter it again to resume their behavior.
