Overview
Creates a new instance of a base object, NPC or creature at the location of the selected reference, using the base form ID. Run as player.placeatme it spawns the thing right at your feet. You can pass a count to spawn several at once. It is great for summoning enemies, items or NPCs, but spawning persistent or quest actors this way can cause problems.
