Overview
Places the selected NPC into a faction identified by the faction's form ID, optionally at a given rank. This can change how the NPC behaves toward you, for example adding them to a follower or ally faction. Adding the player to certain factions can unlock services or change reactions. Select the actor first, then supply the faction ID and rank.
