Sets how fast the free camera (enabled with tfc) moves through the world. Lower numbers slow it down for precise framing, higher numbers speed it up for covering ground quickly. A value around 5 to 10 is comfortable for screenshots, while the default is faster. It only affects the free camera, not your character.
