Overview
Moves your character to a set of grid coordinates within a named worldspace, such as Tamriel for the open overworld. You pass the worldspace name followed by the X and Y cell coordinates. It is mainly used by modders and for reaching exterior spots that have no map marker. The main overworld worldspace is named Tamriel.
