Overview
Adds a complete shout, the Thu'um, to your character using the shout's form ID, making it appear in your magic menu. To actually use all three words of power you must still have learned them and unlocked them with dragon souls. Pair it with unlockword and player.modav dragonsouls to fully enable a shout. Useful for granting shouts you have not found in the world.
