Restores movement, camera and menu controls.
Overview
Re-enables the player's controls when they have been locked, which happens during some cutscenes or as a result of a bug that leaves you unable to move, look or open menus. It is the standard rescue command for a frozen, control-less character. If one call does not work, running it again after a moment sometimes helps.
